Module 4 and SCRUM

For Module 4, define “transition” in your own words. Go beyond just change, shift, or passage. Try to relate it to transformation or development via education, improvement, evolution, or revolution. Use critical thinking, inquiry, and descriptive language.

‘Transition – tran·si·tion – /tranˈziSH(ə)n,tranˈsiSH(ə)n/

Noun: the process or a period of changing from one state or condition to another.

Verb: Undergo or cause to undergo a process or period of transition.

Synonyms: change, move, passage, transformation, conversion, adaptation, adjustment, alteration, changeover, metamorphosis’ – Oxford Dictionary

To me, transition refer to a process, development, or transformation. In my life, I’ve transitioned from worker to student. It’s been transformative! I’ve developed a stronger sense of self, expanded my education, and revolutionized the way I see the world. I feel that I’ve improved myself considerably with this transition, and the myriad of other related changes. I’ve learned of transitions in video editing. How to smoothly change from one scene to the next, and how to mark those transistions. This is integral in video editing. It’s also useful in critically analysing video. I’m eager to continue my passage through media editing!
